Description
The separators in the text along the outer circumference are a small circle on the right and a star on the left. There are also variants of other colors.
Most likely, this rare variation was produced in 1985 after the increase of the price from 25 to 30 kopeks, when many producers had to correct the text urgently. As a result there is no price at all shown on the cap. It's not a defect, because there are similar variations produced by other factories, particularly those in Leningrad...
