This consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Consent") is provided by the personal data subject (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject") to the personal data operator, Artem Andreevich Zhitnik (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of July 27, 2006.

In accordance with Article 9, Part 1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, the data subject makes the decision to provide their personal data and consents to its processing voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their own interests.

The data subject consents to the processing of the following personal data specified when filling out the form on the website https://crowncaps.su:
- last name, first name;
- email address;
- photograph.
3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purposes of maintaining the Subject's personal collection, as well as for feedback to the Subject to notify them of events on the website.
4. Methods of Personal Data Processing
The Operator performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, deletion, and destruction.
Processing is carried out with or without the use of automation tools (information systems), including receipt via information and telecommunications networks.
5. Personal Data Retention Period
Personal data is stored until this Consent is revoked, as the active basis for processing.
Upon expiration of the retention period, personal data is subject to destruction or anonymization in accordance with the procedure established by the Operator.
6. Confidentiality of personal data
In accordance with Article 7 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, operators and other persons who have access to personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, modification, distribution or destruction. The conditions for processing personal data are detailed in Privacy Policy.
7. Rights of the subject of personal data
In accordance with Article 14 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ, the Subject has the right:
- receive information about the processing of your personal data;
- demand clarification, blocking or destruction of personal data in cases provided for by law;
- revoke this Consent at any time (the procedure is in section 8);
- appeal against the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
8. Withdrawal of consent and termination of processing
This Consent may be revoked by the Subject at any time (Article 9, Part 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006).
In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the Subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ (Article 9 Part 4).
If there are no other legal grounds for processing, the Operator is obliged to stop processing personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal of Consent (Article 21, Part 3 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ).
To revoke Consent, the Subject sends a written application by email: info@crowncaps.su.
The revocation application is considered by the Operator within 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt.
9. Final provisions
This Consent is valid from the moment it is expressed (checking the form field and clicking the submit button) until it is withdrawn in the prescribed manner or until the expiration of the personal data storage period.
The subject confirms that he is familiar with the conditions for processing personal data set out in this Consent and in Privacy Policy, and accepts them voluntarily.
