Цифра даты 28 имеет другой шрифт (носик двойки не закручен) в отличие от цифры 20.

Хотел бы добавить что № 3-29 и 28 НЕ имеют фигурное (Е) (ЖИГУЛЕВСКОЕ) В отличии от № 20 где (Е) фигурное в таком же тексте .
