The brewery sign in the middle is under 1924. It's hard to identify the period, likely it's from early USSR or late Russian Empire.
It's the oldest crown cap from Russia!

Besides having a different standard number (ГОСТ), this variation differs from RU340101-100 by having "з-д" instead of "к-т". There are other variations without a dot between "з" and "д".
