Inscription on cap: Славяновская 1-10-90

Unlike RU600201-1003, the year here has only two digits. The date and the brand name are stamped close to each other. The text is small. 2 and 5 feathers in wings.

There are some caps with fewer feathers in right wing. It's kind of defect in printing. It must be 5.
