These caps are simply souvenirs showing the names of Nickolay and his son Andrey Federov and where they live.
Without the embossing, the caps were used on bottles in the Moscow region during the 1960s. Nicolay figured out how to do the embossing himself; I do not know how he did it. Personally, I do not want to see a lot of such "fake rarities" like these, but it is a little odd to see these 1960s caps with modern embossing on them.
